PRIVATE CLASSES

Whether you have a group of friends, a community event or a work team building event, private painting classes creates an atmosphere of fun, laughter and team building.

Artist, Kayla Jones walks you through each step of the painting process and shares the knowledge that she has gathered over the years. By the time you leave the class you and your guests will have a beautiful piece of art to proudly display created by you!

PAINTING OPTIONS

Hydrangeas

Learn how to paint blue hydrangeas with a group of friends. Kayla will instruct you and your guests step by step to create a unique piece of art.
Lowcountry Sunset

Paint a gorgeous lowcountry sunset as a group. You will be given clear instructions on how to achieve this landscape painting.
Roses

Learn how to paint Kayla’s personal favorite, English pink roses. As a group you will learn how to form the roses and create depth and dimension.
Sunflowers

As a group you will learn how to make a field of sunflowers step by step.

HOW IT WORKS

If you are in the Mount Pleasant/Charleston SC area and would like to host a creative and unique event, a private painting class would be a perfect fit!
As a host you will provide the following : The space, chairs, tables, refreshments/beverages and table decor if you desire. Kayla is happy to suggest layout options and tips on how to host a successful event.
The most successful events are between 15-30 people. There is a minimum of 10 people to book a private event.
Examples of private classes -

Children over the age of 10 are welcome to attend the event as paid guest and accompanied by an adult.
Each attendee will pay $40 prior to the event and pay Kayla Jones directly. This takes the stress off the host. If you are booking a cooperate or community event contact Kayla to get a large group rate.
- A travel fee may be applied if the location is outside the Mt. Pleasant/Charleston area. This will be reflected in the cost per ticket. Contact Kayla for exact pricing.
This is a two hour class for your guests. The artist will arrive about an hour before the start time to set up to teach the class. Please have all hosting materials/supplies ready for arrival.
The artist will provide the following for the class: 11x14 canvas, paint, paint brushes, table top easel, palette and aprons.
